Notification of acceptance will be sent by July 31st, 2016
Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit their full paper no later than October 28, 2016. These guidelines, explain how to prepare the manuscript. As in previous editions of the Powders and Grains conference, the manuscript should not exceed 4 pages including figures and references. All papers will be reviewed by two referees and used for the selection of oral and poster presentations. The reviews will be available in January 2017 for revision. The final revised versions will be published as open-access papers in a dedicated volume on the EPJ Web of Conferences (http://www.epj-conferences.org) prior to the beginning of the conference on July 3, 2017. The papers will be published assuming that at least one of the paper authors will register and attend the conference.
Authors are required to prepare their manuscript by using the following templates:
It is recommended to avoid changing the structure of the template as this can lead to production errors. The authors will be invited to complete and submit the publication right form once their papers are accepted.

Note that you need to create an account (different from that used for abstract submission and registration) prior to paper submission.
As we have a tight schedule, the time will be strictly adhered to. A computer will be provided if necessary for presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, PDF or Keynote formats. Be sure that your presentation is uploaded to the computer well before your presentation and definitely no later than the session break before your scheduled presentation. Please also ensure that your presentation is run properly. Please inform your session chair during the session break of your personal information.
Time allotted for oral presentations
A poster space of A0-portait size (1.2m height x 0.85m width) will be provided. Posters can be set up at the beginning of the conference and can be removed at the end. The allocated poster time is associated with social hours. During the poster time, authors are expected to be present at their posters to reply to questions from the audience. Conference prizes for three best posters and a best video will be awarded during the gala dinner.
